But, I do have blocks though on other things like dealing with paperwork, going to the gym and ironing. When these activities become pressing, I tap on them and they clear within minutes and I am then able to complete the dreaded task. I know that sounds almost too good to be true, but why is that we never question advances in technology, but we are still so sceptical about advances in human technology?
I find that amazing.
Tapping works the same for any blocks, including writing blocks.
I can’t honestly explain to you how or why it works, I just know that it does.
Tapping is easy to learn and apply to any mental or emotional ‘stuckness.’ It is a form of what is called Energy Psychology, which addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behaviour and health.
The true name for Tapping is EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique and has been used as a therapeutic tool for more than a decade, but it is fast becoming the modality of choice for personal development, motivation and mindset.

Your mindset will change so fast you won’t believe it and within minutes you could be flooded with writing ideas. If that is the case, do what I do and start a list.
