So, what is this Energy Psychology?
There are many different types but the one I favour is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short.
Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is the process of tapping on the energy meridians that run through your body in order to affect the emotional release and the change you desire. It could be likened to acupuncture without the needles.
